Jackie: Overbrook, Daria and the full request route

Overbrook and early requests

Jackie and Daria belong to the free Farewell update. Install Mist Cleaner 1000 and read the letter pointing to Overbrook near Oxbury. Find Overbrook around (213, 57) using its named map marker. Bring Double Jump and Zipline; Glide is helpful.

Meet Jackie and follow this order: Snack Attack → Onboarding (follow the tour and talk at each stop) → Slop Shop (give 5 Rice) → Wells Fartgo & CO (read the letter/pager) → Advanced Snackology → Slop ’N Slide (collect the cafeteria slop and distribute it to three patients) → Hide and Seek.

For Hide and Seek, talk to the patient above Jackie, the patient in the ruins left of the tower and the patient by the vending-machine bush. Report back. House Call opens the previously blocked tower entrance; climb to the yellow door, take the sheet music and play it to meet Daria.

For the first Snack Attack, buy Chocoblasterz from the vending machine for 1 Glim and give it to Jackie. Advanced Snackology is a later request involving an Obol purchase; do not apply that currency to this first snack.

Finish Daria before recruiting Jackie

Engineering 101 gives an Elevator Key. Go to the power-station islet on the right, activate its elevator and interact with the fuse box. Use the cable with Zipline to reach Daria when Jackie blocks the normal stairs. Complete Daria’s “Hot Still-Scape for Six Colors” by obtaining the Strange Instrument from Francis, then deliver it to her. This unlocks The Incident.

Complete Three’s Company for Overbrook’s replacement administrator. The first prospective employee is in Hoseki Quarry (-138, 28) and gives Working Dummies and requests 7 Maple Logs, 7 Linen Fabric and 7 Carrots. Maple Planks or Linen Thread will not satisfy the named request. The Southpoint Docks lead sends you to a doctor in Old-Central District (185, -8), reached with Bounce, Glide and the building doors/ladders; this doctor requests 10,000 Glims. Speak to the Villa Maggiore gardener three times for the third recruit, then report to Overbrook.

Continue Daria’s requests through The Night Watch and the Mind Palace platforming sequence. Its entry points appear near her room, the power station, the cafeteria roof and the vending machine. Use the springs earned from the challenges in Helpful Spending Spree and complete Impression, Sunrise. Take Daria to the Everdoor and return to her Overbrook room to collect her flower. The flower must be collected before Perimeter Sweep can trigger.

After a passenger reports night noises, search Gwen’s Lodge for Jackie; the Guest House is the alternative when Gwen is still present. Talk to him to complete Perimeter Sweep and bring him onto the boat.

Boat requests and departure

Feelin’ the Buzz asks for the Field’s beehive improvement. Build Jackie’s On-Call Room for Hello, My Name is Jackie, then follow Hang in There, Skeleton! (plant flowers and install Motivational Posters), A Heart-Sized Desert (Zen Garden), and Letting It Go for Dummies (Self-Help Books). Use the blueprint menu for each displayed material requirement.

Jackie’s favourite is Chilaquiles (Fireglow + Corn Flour). He likes Meat and Fried dishes and dislikes Healthy dishes. After finishing Self-Help Books and talking to him, leave the boat once to trigger The Depths of the Pit. When he asks to leave, bring him to the Everdoor and collect the flower from his room afterward.
