Location and shrine

Hummingberg is at (39, 139) in the early accessible region and needs no barrier-breaking boat upgrade. Sail there and land at the dock. Bring two Obols for the shrine near the centre of town. Gwen supplies an early Obol; recruit Atul at Barkensheim Creek and finish his first fish interaction for another. The shrine teaches Double Jump.

Summer and shop

After learning Double Jump, continue toward the far right of town. Use the broken ladder/platforming route to reach Summer sitting on the bench, then speak to her to invite her aboard. She introduces the Garden/music and dragon progression.

Raccoon Inc. sells early Corn, Linen, Carrot, Coffee and Turnip Seeds at 50 Glims each, plus Copper Ore (100), Limestone (140) and Maple Logs (130). The town key costs 5,000 Glims and is a separate purchase from the two-Obol shrine. Buy seeds for the correct Field or Garden rather than assuming every seed grows in either building. Success is Double Jump appearing in your abilities and Summer boarding after the invitation.
