Reach Aluminum Dragon

Progress Summer’s dragon requests until A Metastatic Coil points to the Aluminum Dragon at (-132, 134). Its region requires Icebreaker. Albert’s listed Icebreaker cost is 800 Glims, 10 Iron Ingots, 12 Oak Planks, 18 Linen Fabric, 5 Slate and one Spirit Flower. Gwen’s departure supplies the early first-flower route.

If the dragon is beyond the ice border, Summer’s marker does not remove that border: purchase Icebreaker first. Return to the dragon after the request and route are available.

Mine and smelt

In the dragon event, move over the dragon’s body to the Aluminum nodes and charge the mining action until the nodes break. Collect Aluminum Ore. Build a Foundry after buying Albert’s Hobbyist blueprint tier; the Foundry building requires 10 Coal and 10 Oak Planks.

Load Ore in the Foundry, fuel it with Coal and alternate the bellows while keeping the temperature in its indicated range. When smelting completes, collect Aluminum Ingots from the basket on the right. Ship recipes asking for Ingots will not accept raw Ore. Aluminum is metal; there is no Aluminum Plank step in this chain.

Once you have one Ore, eligible turtle plots can multiply it. Crates may provide materials while exploring, but their random contents do not guarantee the first Aluminum drop; the Summer/dragon route is the reproducible source described here.
